  • Really disappointed in the service here. originally thought that the cost was a bit high but read pretty decent reviews so thought they would be worth it. Apparently, I was wrong. They gave us grief about using a groupon for 3 pups within a litter, even though they are each going to a different owners. Then, we find out that even though the groupon says it includes rabies vaccinations, our pups are too young and so we will have to pay extra for that at the next appointment. Such a shame that they couldn't be more customer service oriented to get 3 new customers for life. Looks like I will have to find a new vet which cares a little bit more about taking care of animals and a little bit less about getting as much money as they can!
