  • The fact that I just tried to go through Dunkin doughnuts drive thru and order a dozen doughnuts, like I have in the past at another location & the lady tells me I have to go inside to order more than 6 doughnuts is ridiculous.. Especially when there is no one in the drive through line & i told her I've always ordered a dozen through the drive through. A company: employees are seriously that lazy to jeopardize losing a customer because of their poor customer service ! Mind you I'm the only person in the drive thru line, & I didn't want to get out of the car because my daughter was in her car seat sleeping smh. you guys get paid 10 dollars an hour to put freaking doughnuts in a box. I then went to a second location and they we happy enough to take my order for a dozen doughnuts I always explained to them what happened and they stated it was not policy unless the line is in the morning and it's completely backed up.
