  • I had the best experience ever. The people that work their are super nice and helpful. I went there for four days and i cannot wait to return. I had lasik eye surgery across the street (literally) and it was a breeze. The location is perfect. Its in the middle of downtown the buses are right there the stores, theres a few forever 21 stores and h&m. Theres great food places and the restaurant within the hotel is amazing! The room service is great. My only wish is that they had a refrigerator to store food and drinks and better cable system because of the channels kept shorting in and out. My first night was brutal because it was -8f outside and the draft from the window was horrible. When i called they instructed me to pull the curtains across the entire window to stop it and that helped alot. LOVE IT AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT. Cant wait to return
