  • If you plan on going to Bowlero, please read this entire review: I'm giving Bowlero FIVE out of FIVE stars based on Coral (sales rep and Steve, the General Manager.) Here is how it went down. Husband and I planned a double date night with my sister and her husband as well as our mutual friend. I called at talked to a sales rep, Coral who broke down how our evening would flow. Sent over our reservation via e-mail, 2 hours, 5 people, cost a little over $100, that included the shoe rental. I had questions about the contract and her rapid response via phone/e-mail was PERFECTION. Fantastic customer service from Coral! Corporate, take note when you have an amazing sales rep on your team...she should be bonus-ed! Also, the GM, Rick is a TRUE example of how a GM should be. Extremely nice, awesome customer facing skills and he truly represents the brand. Like Coral, he too should get a bonus! Companies need more of Corals and Ricks working for them so take good care of them, they represent Bowlero perfectly. Bravo to you both. Now, if Coral didn't help me with our lane reservation and all the questions we had and if Rick wasn't such a freakin' Rockstar, I would have given Bowlero 4 out of 5 stars based on: If a 16 year old/17 year come to your venue to apply for a job, you shouldn't be short to them. They are working hard to find a job like you are, be kind. My son did go in to turn an application in for a job but was told no because he was only 16 by Mackey. 1) Our reservation was at 6pm-8pm, arrived 10 minutes prior. Front desk seemed a little frazzled and the one team member who was to walk us to our lane was busy helping others so we had to wait for her to bring us to our lane. 2) She brought us to our lane at 6:05 and she was confused because it was reserved for a birthday party. She told us to wait to find out what was going on and a couple minutes later she returned. It's now 6:07 3) Finally got to our lane, and once we got our names up and running on the monitor it was almost 15 minutes past 6pm. We should have been bowling at 6pm, that is what we paid for. 4) Our server was EXTREMELY nice but was MIA a lot, I get it, it's a Saturday night but still, you shouldn't have to wait to place your drink order/food order. If the server is that busy, you should probably have someone assisting the servers, especially on busy nights. 5) You have the option to order food to be brought to your lane however the table (shape of a small surfboard) is so dang small so don't order too much or have them come out in waves. 6) Food was good but when the food is brought to you, make sure you have EVERYTHING you need before you server leaves. We learned the hard way, 2 orders of wings (8 wings for $12 and one tiny ranch, 5 people, do the math.) No bowl to throw discarded wings in. We got the buffalo wings, Parmesan wings, pretzel sticks, the nachos and a flatbread, all items were really good. We also ordered the pizza/cookie desert and had to send it back, it was liquid, didn't cook it long enough to even be half baked. After we bowled for 2 hours, we decided to bowl another 30 minutes. I spent around 130 for about 2.5 hours of bowling, split down 5 ways, not a bad way to spend a Saturday evening. After bowling the kids in us decided to hit up the arcade. Husband and I spent another 20, sister and her husband spent 50 and our mutual friend spent 20.....more cash spent. Had a great time playing HOWEVER, my sister went to the bar to get a glass of water and the bartender said he had no cups available for water to give her. Really? If you are spending a few hundred dollars for an evening at your venue, water SHOULD be available to your customers, especially when alcohol is involved. She obviously wasn't driving but come on, no water? Invest in paper cups, red cups, glass cups....give water to your customers. O.k., there you go.....some tips on what to do and what not to do. We still all left really happy and felt like kids again. So excited that Bowlero is in our neck of the woods.
