  • I see by the reviews that we are not the only people having the same issues. We just found out that for months now, the alarm is not even communicating with the alarm company, so when it is triggered, it does absolutely NOTHING! So basically we are paying a monthly fee for no reason. So we called to have it fixed and they said it will take 5 minutes and it will cost $125 for them to fix their own equipment? COMPLETE RIP OFF! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
