Went here for 6p, light dinner on a Saturday:
Had just the margherita pizza - really fabulous! Hubs usually doesn't like thin crust, but he really liked the crust, and all the ingredients were balanced.
One star taken away: really should be 5 stars, but perhaps our waiter was new? Maybe it was his first job? We still had 3 pieces left of our pizza to finish and he asked "so are we thinking of getting dessert?" It was premature to ask and hubs and I looked at each other quizzically. We said "no thank you." I added "we're still working on the pieces we have."
Then there was 1 more piece of pizza left and he asked "anything else I can get you?" It was kind of him to ask. We said no thanks and he gave us the check right away. Felt like he was rushing to get us out...however there were about 5 tables occupied inside at the time and lots of other empty tables. By the time the pizza got to our table, and by the time we got up to leave, it was 20-25 mins.
Net-net, I felt rushed. I didn't take offense and maybe he was new to his job. But please don't rush customers about dessert when they aren't done with their main meal.
Extras: they provided a lightly peppered olive oil, parmesan, chili flakes and Italian seasoning on the side. This was definitely the piece that stood out!
