  • They are sooooo crooked! My insurance company states they are not licensed (ahhhhh!!!). The insurance people have no idea what they are doing. I tried to make an appt with Eric Church MD. My insurance company's website shows him as in network. Valley Pain wanted to check benefits. I gave them the number but instead they kept calling the wrong number and being told that I was unknown to them (had same ins for 15 years!). I finally made a three way call between Valley Pain and my insurance company so they could verify coverage. After all that Valley Pain states they do not contract with any insurance company. So frustrating. They are so inept and when I asked that Dr. Church call me he refused to do so. Do yourselves a favor, find a pain center that will care about you as a patient.
