  • When we first moved to Charlotte almost 12 years ago, we told friends that we have found the best asian buffet. As of 3 years ago, we told friends that it's okay, but now what it used to be. Recently we went to Tin Tin only to find they were closed. I thought "That's a good thing" since in my opinion they were going down hill. I was told the owners just picked up and left. Then I heard they were redoing the place..and sure enough, they reopened. We were anxious to return. In my opinion... they should have stayed closed. While the soups were ok, a lot of the food like squid was barely cooked. The names of the various dishes were barely written on the glass. The ice cream just dripped out of the machine like ...well use your imagination. The cookies and other pastries were just terrible...some under baked and others over baked I think their time has come and gone. I will not return. Charlotte has better to offer.
