  • My friend and I had been exploring the city for a couple of hours on foot and stumbled upon this bar and were quite delighted. We even made it back the following night. Amazing list of cocktails and superb selection of bourbons. Try the Betty Boobs and the Baby Dragon cocktails. We didn't care for the Japanese Gimlet (flavors did not work together) or the cocktail with beef jerky in it. Yuck. Great atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. And the bartenders are fun to watch as they make concoctions. I saw flames, juggling of bottles and precision. The prices weren't over-the-top; I thought they were fair considering the time and detail it took to produce a cocktail. Next time I'm in Montreal I'll be back at Le Lab!
