The staff being friendly was really my best plus. A majority of the routes were similarly styled and just replicated multiple times throughout the gym. They also rate their routes only by "easy" "moderate" or "hard", which is great for beginners or people only interested in gym climbing. But it can be a bit disheartening for climbers who understand legitimate grading scales. The routes were also inconsistent, even in their own scale. One "moderate" route felt like a 5.8, the next felt like a 5.10 so there was really no way to predict what you'd be climbing next, which is not a great way to complete a training day.
All in all a very underwhelming experience.
