  • Burgers and sushi at the same time?! Cowfish is definitely a one of a kind place. The wait was STUPID long and they don't take reservations. When we first came in, we were told the wait was about an hour and a half. Since we went all the way out there just for this restaurant we decided to kill time at the mall nearby. When we got back, they told us it was another 45 minute wait! A lot of people were coming and leaving as soon as they heard the wait. Everyone I was with ordered something different, but most notable were the Parmesan Bacon Truffle Fries that my cousin ordered. It was more than enough to share, and it had cheese all over the bottom of the bowl. Ooooooo man! I ordered the Mad Mango-cado roll, and although it wasn't anything extraordinary, the serving was perfect. Bottom line: Although the concept is great, I probably wouldn't return to Cowfish if I'm ever in Charlotte again.
