  • ZERO STARS. CAN YOU COUNT THAT INTOUCH? They are a horrible bank. Even if you been there for a year they will still withhold your paychecks even business checks. They are too cheap to hire actual people so you have to do it through a machine. People wonder why there is such a big unemployment rate here. There app is horrible. You can use it for about two weeks and the. You have to call and reset everything. Oh and they will change your phone number so you can't reset your passcode and someone else will end up having access to your account. Second time that has happened to us. Chase bank would be better. Even Wells Fargo would be better the. This dump truck of a place. Seriously save your time and go somewhere else. It would be easier on your money and your identity.
