I am writing a review for this company again because they deserve a shout out. Very few good old fashion professional customer service oriented businesses still around....Action Air is one of them. They came out to do a seasonal check-up for me. The tech was here for almost an hour and went through the whole system completely. Everything was good to go. About three weeks later, the air conditioner kicked on but no cold air. I called Action Air up and a technician showed up within a few hours. The problem was not the A/C unit. The disconnect box that supplies the A/C unit power was "burned up". This required an electrician. Action Air diagnosed the problem and charged me zero, nada, nothing even though their technician found the problem. I called an electrician who came by and fixed it by replacing the disconnect box. A/C up and running. After about three more weeks the A/C unit seemed to have a "rattle" sound that was very annoying. Everything worked great but the noise was upsetting. I called my go to A/C experts Action Air and they had someone show up next day. The problem was found within 10 minutes. One of the brackets connecting the unit to the wood beams in the attic had worked its way loose after 22 years and was vibrating when the A/C Unit ran. The technician turned carpenter added another nut to the bracket and tighten all of them. Problem solved. Did they charge me a service call? No they did not. I had to make them charge me something for helping us out. I felt they deserved to be paid for their time because they came out twice, diagnosed problems, and did not charge me. When was the last time you made some service company take your money? That's how good Action Air is and they have my business forever. I tell everyone I know what a great company they are. You should give them a try next time you need service. You'll thank me for it. And you too will then tell everyone you know. Oh yes you will. Call them and see for yourself.
