  • Since I can't find Earnhardt Ford in Tempe autoplex posting here. I wish they had zero stars. this was the most strange experience. I was looking for my dream car a mustang convertible. The first salesperson was unprofessional and clueless so asked for another. was paired with a woman who's appearance and demeanour was Scarry. Wanted to see a brochure for options and color choices, they had none. She took me to an office to look online after 5 to 10 minutes she couldn't figure out how to log on to the computer. Everything was so weird and strange, felt very uncomfortable, we walked out. Went to the dealership next door not realizing until later this was also Earnhardt. Equally bizarre a man yelling at the staff constantly to get busy in the showroom. Found a car I liked was told it was a 2013 when showed the invoice it was a 2012 and since it only had 285 miles, which is strange in itself, I made an offer for 28 k. The guy who was yelling earlier came over insisting their offer of 30k was fair. Asked to see Kelly blue book. He did the search on the computer in front of us. He put in the info including purchase from a dealer and it said 22k to 26k. I was furious! Based on this I told him my offer is 28 out the door. With that he became angry and rude saying it was a new car, only 285 miles. Telling him I didn't care how many miles it has its 2 years old! Coupled with the fact they told me the option for a hard top was discontinued and seeing on the screen there is a 2014 model, questioning why he lied, and being then told its all they have available, I walked out. Went to Coulter down the street and purchased a new 2014 Cadillac for more money and I couldn't be happier. A completely different experience, awesome experience, and I now own my dream car. Will never recommended Earnhardt or go to any of there dealerships again. No Bull???? The most Bull I've ever experienced!!!
