  • Scheduled an appointment for oil change for my 2005 Toyota Camry. I was told wait time would be about 1.5 hrs...actual wait time, 3hrs. It was not the oil change that took long but their unsolicited car diagnostics so they can upsell services. No apologies, no updates...and when I inquired about the wait time, was met with attitude and impatience. I will not return to this business ever.
