  • Packs and dogs used to be my go-to spot for a beer or food delivery. The past few months I've tried calling to order but was unable to get through to anyone. Tonight I stopped for a drink and meal and to dig into why their phones were not working. After asking our server what had happened with the delivery and phones, I was informed that they no longer answer phones because too many customers cancel orders. This seemed a bit ridiculous to me, but I really wish they would have at least updated their site or online menu to reflect this (delivery is still an option on their website). I really wish old ownership was restored so food and service were back to normal.
