I give it one star because somehow this place is still up and running. My family and I stayed here for 6 nights and had no idea what experience we were in for. With the heat reaching a scorching 115 degrees we were hoping to take a dip in the pool. However when we got there the pool was swamp green with dead insects of every kind floating around. ( I was afraid to even come in 5 feet of that pool with the looks of things). We notified management and nothing was done. Note a pool does not become as nasty as it was overnight, it was a sign of true neglect. Towels were impossible to get. In my family and I both having to switch rooms 5 times within out visit we never had towels. When we requested them we were told they only had stained ones and that those couldn't be handed out, but we could have a washcloth! A washcloth? After a shower? You have got to be kidding me. It got worse from there to the point they had 0 towels not even a shabby washcloth to give us so we're stuck using dirty wet towels that we had already used 4 times. Next none of the TVS worked, our toilet didn't work, the bed sheets were obviously never washed from the last visit ( however seeing all the pencil drawings and finding random objects in the bed was rather entertaining). Overall our stay was very unpleasant. It hit an all Time low when my parents found a bed bug in 3 of the rooms they were moved to, and when I found one as well! If you're looking for a cheap place I'd recommend a cardboard box over this place anytime. Jose was nice if you caught him at the right time, and made us feel pretty bad after wanting to move to a different room when I found a bed bug. If you're on a budget save up, find a friend, do anything but by any means DO NOT STAY HERE!
