I bought a property with solar panel. Here is my experience.
1. Transfer specialist (whoever helps to transfer all the lease/agreement from previous owner to me) doesn't like to response Email/phone call.
2. Billing department included unpaid balance from previous property owner for me to pay. Does this happen to anyone?
3. I keep requesting the correct bill for the past 2 months. And they finally sent me a bill, with $400 from wrong people. Are they trying to make me mad? What is the billing department doing?
4. I have spent 2+ hours, being hold on the phone, but not got the problem solved.
Come on. My request is very simple, I want to pay you the correct fee on time.
Pro:. I do see Credit from local power company bill. OK. At lease the solar panels are working.
