  • This is the best Toys R Us I have been to ! We wanted to buy a stroller/ car seat for our newborn, we had done a lot of research online however were confused as to every brands pros and cons. We happened to be at Sherway Gardens so went to this location, the staff was extremely knowledgeable especially Shannon. She took the time to explain each of the benefits, make comparison to prices and just make shopping so much convenient and easy. I personally called the manager of this store to put in a great word for the exceptional service I received. After that as well, I required assistance regarding assembly of the car seat, again went to the store, the staff came right out to my car and helped me explain the assembly, like great customer service. Even for the Crib, we called many stores, however the only one to have stock was this one! Totally Love this Store and would recommend it totally !!
