When I first arrived at Pinnacle Nissan my salesman Adam was amazing he made the beginning stages of my car buying experience great, as well as his managers they were all very nice. When I decided on the car I wanted I asked them to fax over a proof if purchase to my credit union and for some reason it was not working so after driving out to Scottsdale from Surprise I had to do their job and take the purchase order to my credit Union which is in Phoenix then drive back to Scottsdale to purchase the car. I understand that sometimes machines such as fax machines break down but when I found out it wasn't faxing over because they had the wrong fax number I became irritated. Then I had to go deal with the finance guy who talked to me like a child, grant it I am only 20 but I was in there to do business. He told me I was brave for not getting a warranty as if he was telling me the car I was buying was garbage, then to top it off after driving around all day to get this car the man in the finance office had the nerve to look at me and say "we're missing 87 cents" as if I was trying to jip the dealership for 87 cents astonished by the way he was talking to me I reached in my purse and took out 87 cents laughed and put it on the desk. The salesman and managers were amazing but that man in finance office truly destroyed my second car buying experience. And after being told I would get gas in my car while it was getting detailed I got in afterwards with no gas added to my tank at that point I was done and did not want to even deal with anyone else, so I left.
