Horrible customer service! Today I called to reschedule my daughter's appointment to a later appointment because the office advertises for evening appointments. The receptionist I spoke with stated she could not have an evening appointment because we were new patients... (now I already have an evening appointment at 6:00pm)I explain this to the receptionist and she rudely tells me "well it's a mistake and they would have cancelled you anyways as it got closer" Great customer service right there! She then places me on hold to speak to her manager, that probably should have spoken to me herself, and comes back on the line to rudely again tell me that I No showed to my last scheduled appointment and the person mistakenly rescheduled me. I explained to her I did not no show, I called and spoke to someone and rescheduled my appointment which is why I already had another appointment scheduled. She then speaks over me and tells me "let me finish" in a condescending tone and states I nor my daughter could have late appointments period, it was a mistake from the receptionist that scheduled me and that's she new and that my appointment now would have to be rescheduled too... Well needless to say I told her to cancel Our appointments and to have her manager give me a call because I find it absolutely ridiculous that an office is willing to lose two PPO New patients due to their receptionist's mistake. I work in the medical field and I would never allow my receptionist to speak to a patient the way She was speaking to me and if my receptionist made a mistake scheduling someone regardless of my "scheduling policies" I would accommodate my patient. Why? Because I'm this day and age it's hard to find patients, so I wouldn't risk any. Now we get to find a new OB.
