  • Let me start by saying that there are a lot of shady AC companies out there. Hays is NOT one of them. Our AC unit was on the way out. Their service technician showed us a couple of problems that he could fix (oil leak in compressor and bad blower motor), but he recommended we discuss a new unit. Bill came and discussed several options and took measurements. The install went smoothly. Bill came out again after the install to make sure we were happy.
