We made reservations for a party of 15 we didn't have to wait. That part was great, as far as ordering and getting the food timely and accurately that is a different story. I think it was because we had too many orders or something. We had a group of people that loved to eat. We order things that went to the table next to us they were a big party as well. I heard our our screaming went to them because they didn't know what was ordered and they said okay we'll take it. The food was okay not as good as I remember and I like another place that we go to better. . After to night experience it confirms that I wouldn't go there.
The following I found 1 star:
Oysters (they taste really bad not fresh' and needed lemon)
Adegashi tofu (they give you one and it is now sweet or yummy.
The decent but small pieces:
Fresh scallop
Eel
Fried scallops the fried scallops was small size but tasted yummy. Why not isn't everything fried best?
The rib eye steak was ok but some of it was just too well done so it was tough.
The surf and turf is better with the rib eye and two shrimps. It comes in a sizzling platter,
Poke was like two little bites. Photos of this was way generous then
The favs for the night:
Garlic tuna
Albacore
Salmon belly
Octopus
Uni was low grade
Sweet shrimp eh.
We got a bunch of other rolls but really it is the atmosphere here that attract people imo.
The nigiri sushi was the best.
The ice cream was out of mochi, the cream brûlée was in a small little ramekin. They only allow one dessert order why is that so small? The parfait on the other hand is like a shake glass and large.
