  • best place i have lived! very clean and the management is so nice. super pet friendly and surprisingly private. Love the pool and my favorite part is that we have our own dog park!!! In june we had to break our lease early for a family emergency. They were very helpful in getting all the arrangements taken care of. I still rate them 5 stars. If you are going to live here just remember you are signing a contract. We did end up having to pay a $1400 lease break fee and you need to give 60days notice. unfortunately we could only give 30 days. Also if you break the lease all discounts (aka consessions) you got for moving in you have to pay for. I am still really happy with azul! luckily we didnt have to pay the $2500 up front. They let you do a years payment plan.
