  • First and foremost, the atmosphere at HTC Uptown is perfect! As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed and all the jitters go away. My boyfriend and I were greeted by Brian (Bryan, don't know the spelling). He was so nice and just spoke to us like we were all friends. I got pierced by Jacob. I saw awesome Yelp reviews about him and knew I wanted the best of the best for my septum piercing. He walked me through everything and could tell I was super nervous. He made me laugh and smile and most of all very relaxed. The pain was just as much as I thought. It's so quick and tolerable. Not too bad at all. It looks great. I'm so happy I finally manned up and did it and I'm so glad that I got to meet these two gents. Great place. Highly recommended!
