  • The staff are friendly and they have a very nice Starbucks machine for customers waiting on their vehicles. Some of the chairs in the waiting area could do with some attention as the leather was peeling off but this was a very minor thing and did not effect my scoring. The only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars is because I asked if they could check the passenger side airbags light which came on. They said this would cost an additional $125 to diagnose it. I understand that the have to make money for there services but I was actually their having keys programmed and it's the same machine to diagnose the passenger airbag light. It would have been a good gesture (especially as it's a safety feature on their vehicle) to check it out while they had the Vagcom connected to the car! But anyway, the dealership was clean and staff were professional.
