  • Poor poor beyond Poor!!! They should not be allowed to call themselves a medical facility! I too switched to this group when Dr Sara Edmunds did and then unfortunately left. I saw Mark Hansen RNP and was quite pleased. I however was very unimpressed with the unfriendly staff, Less than knowledgeable medical asset! It takes days to get a script refilled let alone a call back. You never, ever talk to a person! I have been trying to no avail for the past two days to reach the office. An answering machine does not say what normal business hours are, but does say you have reached the office after hours when it is 10am, 12noo, 2 pm ,4 pm whenever! same today! I finally called the emergency number, asked what was going on, operator said they were having internet problems yesterday but she did not know what the issue was today! Could someone not have let patients know that on the recording??? I have insignificant medical issues but what about those patients who do??? Add to the overburdened ER's where managing internal medicine issues are not their specialty, nor what they were intended for! Much of this goes to the state of healthcare today....go ahead and elect Hilary, It will surely get worse. watch our caring Drs disappear! They do not take well to being ordered to provide care to lazy people who have no intention of ever earning a living and or paying for their own healthcare like those of us that work and or own small businesses. I Will report this agency to the Az Dept of Medical services! this type of medical care should not be tolerated! Debra Retired RN of 30 years
