  • This place is terrible. The office staff are rude. The grounds have dog crap all over them. I got locked in the pool bathroom while the toilet was overflowing.so I decide to move out as a give two months notice. I clean the whole house had the carpets cleaned when I moved out. I'm finally section the office staff was 20 minutes late to our scheduled appointment to do final inspection. There were stains on my carpet yes but they were there when I moved in and documented. However I was charged $275 to have carpets cleaned. Mind you I already had zerorez clean them. Also I was charged a $75 cleaning fee which I had the maids clean the whole apartment. So they send me a bill after I move out to pay and I go OK. I called the office try to give them my credit card so I can pay the bill that they sent me. Oh no the only way possible is for you to bring a check to the office. They make things difficult charge you outrageous fees and could care less about their tenants. Do yourself a favor don't move here. Oh and FYI they charge you each month for water trash sewage and real-estate tax. Things that make u go humm
