  • had my couch 15months and the dye from the leather behind my head came off..Spoke to the manager Talon on a thursday, got back to me on Monday, told me this manufacture no longer made this couch. The next words out of his mouth were will pick couch up wednesday and send to a repair shop to match dye. Wednesday came, couch picked up and here it is the following saturday and i'm sitting back on my couch..Thank you...
