| - My name is Anita. I was referred to Dr Nick by a fellow worker. The way she spoke about him, made me feel extremely blessed to know that someone out there cares about you and your teeth and not the money. I'd like to tell you all, how very disappointed I am. Yes his staff nunu, is the best. I did feel very comfortable there .I thought the work that he did on my mouth was the best. I even cried tears of joy. He splinted down my bottom 4 teeth as well as my 4 upper teeth . All my teeth in the front we're straight , until he splinted the top 4. I'd like you to know the top 4 did not need to be splinted they were not loose !Now I have a brown spot wear the splint is put in not to mention my front tooth is sticking out and is loose, due to what Dr Nick, did to mouth. I was told I have periodontal disease, by Dr Nick. I was also told eventually I would lose all my teeth, but he was giving me a deal , to help me out knowing I could not afford it, and had no insurance. I Always took care of my teeth. I did not know how I got periodontal disease I've never had a cavity until I was 30 I am now 50. He made me these trays ,in his office for my perodontal disease. I did not find out until later, that the trays that he had made me we're not FDA APPROVED! !!!!! He was paid $5000 up front !!!to take care of my teeth. From this lady, who is not even related to me, she notice the problem I was having with my teeth, and told me to find a dentist. I thought I found the best dentist ever. I'm writing you this today because he did work on my mouth that made my mouth worse. With those trays I was using I was literally burning my gums!! I explained to Dr Nick I feel burning it woke me up at 1 o'clock in the morning . When I seen him he said there must be something I'm doing wrong. I did nothing wrong but follow his instructions. I'd like you to know the only way I found out the TRAYS WERE NOT FDA APPROVED! Was when I went to another dentist an he showed me the FDA approved perodontal disease trays i pulled out the mouth guard that Dr. Nick, also made for me as well as the periodontal trays . The dentist took pictures and said THESE ARE NOT PERIODONTAL TRAYS !! He had asked me who did this, I told him Dr Nick, at Northside Family Dental. Now it is taking 5000 more just to get started again! with another dentist. And that's just to start off that is not to completely fix my mouth and to put teeth in where I am loosing teeth .To fix the work Dr Nick did to my mouth. I want you to know that Dr. Nick, has no idea what he's doing for people with periodontal disease..... I do not want anyone to experience what I am experiencing now . He made me a mouthguard , as well, that has mold in it I showed him the mouthguard he said that he cleaned it and handed it back to me with the mold still in it. I just want all of you to know, that what I am saying and telling you today is the Truth. Dr Nick yes, he may be nice. But he has caused me more damage an pain then I ever expected... I do not want anyone to go through what I went through an still going through. Thank you all for listening and reading this. Peace and blessings to all.
