  • Dislike.... a lot. Tried them on a dealfind and wont ever ever be back. To upgrade for a shampoo for a honda civic was an extra $149! So many add ons for cost its ridiculous. Didnt win me over at all and extremely rude. Thumbs DOWN! IN response to the lady below- My reviews are not debatable. Everyone has their opinion and it is valid whether the company likes it or not. The front staff was rude even when trying to book my car in. One time the lady actually answered the phone, asked me to hold and put the phone down so i could hear her in the back and I waited for ever then she just hung up the phone... A hassle plus they are rude. Furthermore to the point of having all the 'extras' clearly visible- the 'Extras' (shampoos, waxing etc...) are written on a deconstructed CARDBOARD BOX with MARKER and there must be over 100 'extra charges' written on this stupid piece of cardboard. How unprofessional!! PLUS the interior 'cleaning' was horrible! I could have done better myself with shoeshine im sure. There were big white clumps/streaks all over that i rubbed off on my own. I mean sure we all miss spots, no one is perfect, but when you are over charging like they do you should expect to have your car cleaned out with a q-tip and not have to fix several spots that they missed. I guess i am defending my review with quite the rant but all in all, as you can see from several other similar reviews to mine, dont waste your time or money.
