  • As someone who has eaten here often, I have to say the quality just isn't there anymore. Nor is the customer service. We ordered pizza for pickup, and when we got it home...wow. It was supposed to be half and half, but it was more like 1/4-3/4, All of the sauce was on one side of the pizza and that side just had the toppings swimming in the sauce instead of baked into the cheese. And on top of having to usually wait 30 min for the pizza, it took almost an hour. On top of it all, when we decided to actually eat it, 1. it was about half of the thickness it usually is, and 2. it wasn't even cooked all the way through/cold. Nothing like waiting forever for inedible food! Or paying for an amount of food you aren't even receiving. When I contacted the restaurant and asked for a manager, I got the snottiest person I have ever talked to. He only referred to himself as "manager", so I'm not ever sure who I was talking too. He assured me he PERSONALLY made that pizza and I was mistaken about not only the half and half, but everything else as well. Guess my eyes are liars! Sad to say all of this because this used to be my favorite pizza place with authentic Chicago style pizza. Now I will have to search for another. A little customer service goes a long way, and you lost a loyal customer over it. Oh, i did end up getting a refund, an hour and a half later, but we had to take the pizza back (so much for having an evening in) and ended up with little caesars, which was sadly a million times better than this. And a hell of a lot cheaper. Save your money folks and find another restaurant.
