  • Terrible, terrible customer service. It was my first time buying extensions and therefore I had a few questions on length, color, and hair type. I was dismissed and ignored and felt I was bothering and taking away precious time from the owner who could not bother to help me. She shoved a few brands at me and said she couldn't help me if I didn't know what I was looking for. I again explained that indeed I didnt know anything about extensions and I wanted a bit of information before completing my purchase. I will never go again to this place where I was made to feel as if I was unknowledgeable and an inconvenience.
