  • Despite reading a lot of reviews about the staff being rude, I still decided to come here because I've known about Polished" for a long time, knew they did good work & wanted to finally check it out for myself. Dawn did my nails today for my 1st visit & I absolutely love how they came out! She did a great job & was very nice. I will be back because of her, BUT there was an older white lady at the front desk who was rude to me! Just the way she acted & talked to the customers as well as me was discourteous. Hopefully next time I come in she'll be a little friendlier.
