  • *updated review* The owner of the company came to our appointment today. He was very apologetic regarding our no show appointment yesterday & even gave us a gift card to his favorite restaurant. It was very considerate of him to do this. *original review* Preventative Pest Control has no concern for people's personal time. We had an appointment scheduled for Friday from 8-12. They never showed & never called. When we contacted them, they told us they were running behind & could be at our house by 4 pm. Just what anybody would want to do (sit around for 8 hours waiting). We rescheduled for 8-12 another day. Yaaaa for wasting another 4 hours of our day. Btw, the Preventative Pest Control person who took our call never apologized. I strongly suggest going with another pest control company. The $70 per spray is not worth it.
