  • Neiman Marcus is one of my absolute favorite stores! They are so friendly and I LOVE when they offer me a bottle of water while I shop.. Very classy! I admit, I do have a little bit of a shopping problem, so when I am in that store, I am just in absolute Heaven! The people who work there were just so helpful! I decided to go in another day and it was a completely different atmosphere. I went into buy a Chanel bag. There were two ladies there, and when I asked a simple question this older lady with gray short hair turned away and rolled her eyes at me. At that moment I left, and what I should have done was go and speak to a manager. That was completely unprofessional. I ended up going to Barneys instead. She was a snob, and lost the sale. Other than that experience, they were amazing.
