| - Okay let's see where can I start? Well, I really wanted to like this salon because I did like Rossi as a stylist, but,,,,,here's what lost me..... Two words, CUSTOMER RETENTION!!!which is two words that stylist don't seem to understand here in Vegas I'm learning.
I guess coming from Atlanta and seeing how business is built, it saddens me that the same technique is not used here.
For example, if someone came to my salon, got their hair done, called a couple of days later with a complaint, I'm going to do whatever it takes to fix that problem to KEEP THAT CLIENT!! If it only takes a couple of hours out my time to make that customer happy, Done! Instead of Losing $$ ALL YEAR LONG for that client!! SMDH.... it's worth keeping that customer.
That's not at all how it happened here. I called to have ponytail removed. Receptionist said it's a charged for removal. I was okay with that. She said she would have Rossi call me back.
Btw, I didn't get my call returned back, somehow that doesn't surprise me...Mentality speaks Volumes.
Before she touched my hair, I asked about the technique to know if I would like it. She only told me bits and pieces but promised I would "Love It"!!
The one bit of info she should've let me know about, was that there would be a BIG ball in the top of my head that I would have to work around and hide tracks.
Had she told me that lil bit of info, I would have chosen something else. You can't Assume everybody will like something. Not every Urban person is into same styles! (read between the lines)
I was skeptical about having my hair done there due to the many complaints I've heard...even the attached beauty supply store workers warned me that ppl have left there crying, angry, yelling, etc....
It's not always about the almighty dollar, it's aboutCustomer service, customer retention, happiness=Long-term dollars!!!
I will stick to the Dominican salon. Never disappointed. I want to give my hard earned money to someone the cares about their clients. Not a one time hit and quit.
