  • I selected Action Air because of its review rating and also because of the voucher offer. It did not disappoint me. I was very satisfied with the service. I called in the morning because my tenant's thermostats broke down and I needed a morning call. The rep. was very courteous and was able to arrange a service call in the morning. She gave me a call 15 min. before the service technician would arrive to alert me. The thermostats were replaced and the charge was reasonable. I will use it again next time my tenants have a problem.
