  • Love everything about this place! I have a bassetdoodle (poodle/basset mix) and has a coat very similar to a labradoodle. I have previously taken her to a chain groomer and they wanted to cut all her curls off so it would be "easy" to brush her. That is what makes these breeds so adorable - their curly hair. I have tried for two+ years to groom her myself, but she HATES to be brushed. I was tired of beeing the bad guy, so called Prestige - talked to Conny two different times and finally decided to give it a try. I think I was more nervous than my dog - nervous that she would not behave and nervous that Conny would do what the other groomer said she should do. Well, my worries were just that - worries. Conny cut her hair to perfection! Long enough that she still had curls, yet short enough that you could easily comb her; and Spirit did not fight her! She was so soft, too! That was the best money I have spent in a long time and very reasonable at that! Spirit got to "play" with the other dogs until I picked her up - no kennel for these pups! This will be our groomer from now on! Thanks, Conny!
