If I could give it a zero I would! Sprint just upgraded me to a iPhone 7. The damn thing caught on fire. Fried the inside of my phone. All i was doing when it happened was charging it on the cord they provided.
I took it in... because I activated it 7 days ago.. so it should be covered right? No!! They said say 1 counts as the day it was mailed so for me that was on vacation the first week and this happened on day 15 I was stuck with this defective phone they provided! I had been with sprint for 17 years!! I upgrade all 4 of the phones on my account every time they ask me to do you would think they you take that into consideration...
It was even worse that Maria kept talking to me like she was chewing her face.. she kept trying to make excuses that didn't make sense. I guess she needed a minute because she went to the back to cry when she got caught up in her lies. Shame on you sprint ... shame on you.
