  • Both CSL's on Broadway are absolutely awful. I'm not going to get started on how there s always a long wait yet the workers stand there and chit chat. What I get most annoyed about is how grumpy the floor staff are to the donors. They stomp around all slow and mopey. Like clearly we get it you hate your job, but if it's that bad that you can NEVER put on a smile like proper customer service works, then work somewhere where you don't have to be around people. They barely acknowledge you to the point where half the time I'll end up saying hi to them first. I've been donating for a while now and have had literally 2 floor workers have a personality and actually not be grumpy. That's ridiculous. Hire more friendly staff!
