We had Orangutan air for a number of years with no issues, but over the last four years their business model has drastically changed. . They kept pushing services that I did not need. Everytime, they came out, it seemed like I was paying for something broken or was about to break even though I was under a maintenence agreement , which they push very hard... Their markup on replacement parts is very high,..
The last straw was when they said I needed my duct work sealed with some type of foam , even though I had flex duct work in my attic.. I reasearched the product and found that its not needed nor recommended for flex duct work. I asked for APS to do an independent review of my house energy needs and the report came back that no duct work leaks existed..
Now, I have received eight sales calls from this company since the 3rd of June... I will be notifying the AG and ROC if these nuisance calls continue..
