  • This is definitely a go-to spot for taking visitors for me! In pretty heavy rotation. Food is pricey but they usually have some kind of deal going on so keep an eye out for Groupon (usually a lunch deal), 5% cash back on Yelp and/or BOGO deal on Tuesdays for locals. Nice thing about that BOGO deal too is they will just take $40 off your total bill if you bring visitors with you ($20 for each local). Favorite part is the entrance! I always feel cool busting out with the password. Ambiance inside definitely gives you that speakeasy feel- dim lighting, red tufted leather seats, The Godfather on one of the TVs, live music after 6pm (piano, Frank Sinatra singer). They have HH 3-6p Mon-Sat if you don't mind sitting at the bar. If you get a salad, get the dressing on the side since they are pretty heavy handed. Cesar w/ chicken is also a fave for me. Try the Italian Duck Egg Drop Soup if you're feeling adventurous- a bit salty but hits the spot for me when there's word that there may be e.coli in my lettuce. They also substituted our lettuce w/ spring mix last night which was nice. Crème brulee is my fave dessert! Usually opt for the picatta dishes. Pastas are all homemade, their meatballs are ginormous, so really hard to go wrong w/ that. Great service/ambiance, decent food and ongoing deals make this a 4 for me.
