  • I haven't been very active on Yelp, but today I felt that it was due time I give a great business like First Class Auto a sparkling review. I have been taking my cars here for ten years now, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I always felt taken advantage of at dealerships, places like Jiffy Lube, and other really slick Scottsdale places...more often than not, these places take advantage of females, and that's just a hard reality of life. Ray and his staff at First Class are like a family...they would never take advantage of anyone, and they have always treated me fairly, always with respect and kindness. They are quick, professional, economical, and above and beyond anything else, they are honest. My family and I will never take our cars any place else. All my friends and their families take their cars here now, too, and they couldn't be happier...Ray says what he means, and means what he says, and in this crazy world, that's worth its weight in gold. I highly recommend this business...they won't let you down.
