  • Where should I start on this one...first off, there's absolutely no parking! You do get covered parking when you move in, but if you have family visiting from California, you better hope they get there before 5 or 6 PM because they're going to have a hell of a time finding parking. Second, they have a big problem with scorpions (then again, it is Arizona, who doesn't). The thing that bothers me about that is they say they have a guy come out and spray the place often, but I have yet to see anyone since we moved in from San Diego. We have been here since April 6, 2013. Thridly, their applicances suck butt! Our microwave and dish washer has broken down I don't know how many times since we moved in. We would call it in and all the guy ever does it open them, look inside, do minor maitenance and say it's ok it doesn't need to be replaced. If they consistently are breaking, they NEED to be replaced. Cheapstakes. Oh and the maintnance guys who work here, hardly speak any English, so it's hard to communicate with them. Fourth, it's kind of obvious, but we didn't know any better moving from California, it is ghetto here. So there's a helicopter flying over the complex all the time, and some gun shooting (so be prepared and load up). Fifth, the customer service and management is the worst I've ever come across. They NEVER answer their phones, so you have to go to the front yourself if you want something done. Sixth, I have had a complaint about my upstairs neighbors for well over a month and all they say they do is that they "talk to them" and they take notes infront of you, but who really knows if anything is really being done because im still having problems with them and I've talked to them many times and the neighbor just gets defensive and rude even if I'm nice and polite to her. So with that, the complex has horrible management. I highly recommend NOT to move here! People are always moving in and within a month or 2 they're out. And I don't blame them. If you don't believe me, move in and try it out for yourself.
