  • We needed to find a clinic that was open on Sunday but I wasn't just going to any clinic. Luckily we found Norterra with great reviews. I called and immediately was greeted with a nice personable voice (I believe Emily?) which is also important. The clinic is clean and doesn't smell. The most important part though is that the techs and vet were amazing! They made us and Bella feel so welcomed and even got on the floor to give her some loves! Dr Horvath was informative and very caring and personable. We are glad that we found a great clinic to take our fur baby to for her care! Thank you again. You all do it right! Bella thanks you too!
