  • This "business" is still horrible. We don't even own a pet bed? So where they pulled that it must have been from the sky cause all I have is living room pillows. They don't even have dated and timed proof other than the piss poor pictures on there cell phone. Office likes to avoid face to face contact so they make everything over the phone so they can just hang up on your whenever there done talking. Paid pet fees and deposits and that was almost 1800.00, never denied having a pet so they claim, we got the pet on Christmas and the office was not open to pay for deposit, (even if the lease says every animal must be approved) when there are German shepherd, pitbulls, huskies, and doberman living on this property. Also the lease says it's drug free but the people upstairs smoke pot daily, (while they told my boyfriend To call the cops) everything has to go through them. Wouldn't live here if I had too. Also they failed to resolve the mold issues as there is still mold on our patio. Thankful we're moving out in 28 days. Also they threaten to call the cops because there afraid of someone cussing.
