  • Have been to Kelly's several times, the last trip was on June 9. Every experience has been poor service. The last trip, the bar staff looked right at me and did not even approach to take my order, but she was happy to chat at length with another patron. It took over 5 minutes to finally get someone to place an order for just a drink. Place doesn't really have much of a "Happy Hour" either.
