Their response to this review, "Since November of 2016.." No wonder they can't get their times straight. They don't even know what year it is.
I have no idea how this place has a 5-star rating. I really don't.
I called at 1430 asking if there were any openings for a trim. I was put on hold for a while, then the receptionist told me there was one available in an hour. I said cool, be there at 1530.
When I showed up, there was a stylist standing at the counter. Told her I had an appointment, she asked with who. I said I don't know? Receptionist didn't tell me. Finally the receptionist comes out and tells me it'll just be a few minutes.
As soon as I sit down, someone named Izzy comes out and tells me sorry, I'm not available until 4 because I'm with another client.
I can understand that appointments take longer and run into other time frames, but seriously. There was literally no one else in the salon. How could you possibly overbook when you don't even have any clients. Also, I called an hour prior to my appointment. If you had the feeling your appointment was going to run late, a simple call to inform me would have been decent. Not looking at me as if it's MY fault that I came in at my designated time.
I don't see this place lasting. Good luck.
