Terrible customer service from the district manager to the salespeople. They don't know how to treat loyal, paying customers, and to top it off, they know nothing about the products they sell. They charge your account with items you didn't purchase to boost their sales and commission. They relish in condescending and combative behavior towards their customers and think any of their valid concerns are laughable. They believe that responding to a customer's question with an 'I don't know' is acceptable, and make you feel idiotic for wanting something more concrete. Follow up? Nope. Here they believe in an out of sight, out of mind attitude. Go to the Verizon store in Boca Park, they'll treat you better...just hope that whatever issue you have isn't escalated to the same district manager.
